- Custom All the designs in our collection are customizable if you want something slightly personalized without having to go full bespoke. Some of our designs are a permanent part of our collection so we can create them at a slightly quicker turnaround than if you were to start from scratch and go full bespoke.If you would like to make a custom request or special order, please contact lulu@lulufiedler.com to inquire directly. Please provide all details in your email so that we may respond to you as quickly and effectively as possible. We will make our best effort to fulfill your request.
- Bespoke Commissioning a Bespoke piece means that Lulu Fiedler will be designing and making something entirely new which does not yet exist. This premium service will naturally take longer to do but at the end of it you will get an entirely custom piece created specific to your requirements.

Our jewelry uses 18 karat gold, 14 karat Gold (Yellow, White and Rose color) and sterling silver. The metal is specified in the product description.In our Bespoke Jewelry we can Use any metal that you choose for your piece.
The higher the carat the brighter the yellow colour and the warmer the piece is. This is because higher carats contain more pure gold. In yellow gold this intensifies the yellow colour as you go up through the carats.
18k Yellow Gold Is a much brighter and richer butter-yellow colour.
14KYellow Gold It has unique yellow colour, which is almost limey in tone. it’s a brighter yellow.
10KYellow Gold Has a lovely soft, sandy colour due to its lower gold content
Visiting a local jeweller and having them measure your finger professionally is by far the best way to determine your ring size. If you are unable to do this however, please feel free to use our sizing guide as the next best option. Please note that this is merely a guide, we cannot be held responsible if your actual size differs. Please be sure before ordering
Most rings ready in the website inventory are a size US 7 to US 9 almost any ring can be resized. One time resizing is at no additional cost. There will be a charge to any additional resize. Please contact us at lulu@lulufiedler.com
Yes, please follow our repairs policy. Make-a-mate repairs cost half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping. Our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. In order to ensure the earrings match, we request that you contact us first to send in your remaining earring so that our jewelers can use that a a guide. We do not guarantee that materials will be available, but we will try our best to make a match for you. To request a mate made, contact us at lulu@lulufiedler.com

All Lulu Fiedler pieces are unique, and due to the organic shape of our stones, each piece can vary slightly, however we can recreate another piece on special order depending on stone availability. Please email lulu@lulufiedler.com
We have made the best effort to represent our product’s colours accurately, but the colour calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably. Therefore there may be variations between the colours displayed on your monitor and the actual colour of the items you are buying.
All Lulu Fiedler pieces are locally handcrafted, which means that each piece will be unique. We use high quality materials and take great care in our manufacturing, however, because each piece is individually crafted, there will be slight variations in shape and size. This is especially true when it comes to gemstones! We do try our best at being accurate, but we also believe it is these little differences that make our products special – no one will ever have the same exact Lulu Fiedler piece as you.
An order that has been sitting in our studio for more than three months without communication or agreement from the customer is considered abandoned. This includes orders or repairs for pick up, orders, or repairs that have been returned (because incorrect address was supplied) or anything else you can think of that would lead a customer to stop responding to calls, emails, and other reasonable attempts from Lulu Fiedler to contact the customer. Once an order has been abandoned, it will be returned to circulation or sold online. Refunds will not be provided.
We provide a one-year warranty on all of our jewelry from the date of completion. If any issues arise in the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry; Lulu Fielder Jewelry will return your piece insured once repaired.In or out of warranty, we are always happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees for this service vary according to the extent of repair.
All our online purchases are made to order, which means we’ll need roughly 2 to 3 weeks from the day you pay to process and manufacture your order. Once your piece is complete and has passed our quality control it will then be shipped. Local Canadian shipping takes around 2 to 5 days, where international can take between 1 to 4 weeks. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us on lulu@lulufiedler.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
