Due to the handcrafted nature of the job, commissions and bespoke pieces take longer to produce. Please take this into account if you have a specific time frame. I recommend you contact me a minimum of two months in advance.

The time to produce and the cost always depends on the complexity of the piece, the materials required, its exclusivity, and if I have other commissions I am working on. All of this will be discussed during the initial consultation. To ensure maximum involvement during the creative process, I will send you sketches of the project, proposing various alternatives. I will produce a final wax model of the piece for your approval. I endeavour to provide you with the greatest personalization and participation experience possible until you piece takes shape.

To start the custom design process, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase cost of your custom piece. This deposit covers sketches, rendering, 3D resin model that we create using specialized software or a hand sculpted wax model depending on the design requirements.
With all this tools I will give you a realistic idea of what the piece will look like.
At this moment all the corrections and adjustments are made.
I will provided you a full estimate for your approval prior the production starting.

Once all the revisions of the design are made and approved. We will proceed with production. To initiate the production , a 50% deposit is required, the amount that you previously paid with the design deposit will be applied towards it.

Upon completion of the project and the day of delivery I will kindly request the remaining balance.

Please note that as your piece is tailored specifically for you, it is not eligible for exchange or return.

A bespoke commission with me takes on average 6 – 8 weeks depending on the season of the year , existing work in production , intricacies of the design or complications around sourcing the right stones.
